Shipping Methods
All peptide products are shipped via temperature-controlled courier
services to maintain product integrity. Available shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Temperature Control
All peptide shipments include temperature-appropriate packaging with cold
packs or dry ice as needed to maintain product stability during transit.
Products requiring refrigeration are clearly labeled.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed and shipped
within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email
once your order ships.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available. We only ship to
addresses within the United States at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
- Order weight and dimensions
- Temperature control requirements
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically
processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be
processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or
temperature concerns:
- Take photos of the package and contents
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Contact our support team within 48 hours
- Provide your order number and tracking information
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your
order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders are automatically shipped according to your selected
frequency. You can modify shipping address or pause deliveries through
your account dashboard.
