Refund Policy

Research Products

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final once the product has been shipped. We cannot accept returns of peptide products that have left our facility.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Order number and batch information
  • Detailed description of the issue

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement product or full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Purity Concerns

All products are third-party tested and include a Certificate of Analysis. If you have concerns about product purity that differ from the COA specifications, please contact us with:

  • Your independent testing results
  • Testing methodology used
  • Batch and lot numbers

We will review all documentation and work with you to resolve the issue.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before the next scheduled shipment. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same policy as one-time purchases.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.
