Standard orders typically ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Domestic shipping within the United States generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on the selected carrier and destination.
All peptides are shipped in discreet, insulated packaging to protect product integrity during transit. Each vial is individually sealed, and insulated shipping materials are used to help maintain appropriate conditions while in transit.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
Yes. All orders include tracking information, which is sent via email once the order has shipped. You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s tracking system.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. If a package arrives damaged, photograph the exterior and contents before opening, then contact us immediately through the Support page so we can review and resolve the issue.

Handling & Storage

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C immediately upon arrival. Keep vials in their original sealed containers with desiccant. Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations. For long-term storage beyond 6 months, store at -80°C for maximum stability.
When stored properly at -20°C in lyophilized form, most peptides remain stable for 12-24 months. Once reconstituted, peptides should be used within 30 days when stored at 2-8°C, or frozen in single-use aliquots at -20°C for up to 3 months.

COAs are intended to support transparency and documentation for laboratory research use only.

Analytical testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories, such as Freedom Diagnostics, using industry-standard analytical methods. Third-party testing helps ensure objectivity and consistency in analytical verification.
Each production batch receives a unique Certificate of Analysis at the time of manufacture. COAs are never reused between batches. If you order the same product multiple times, each shipment will reference its specific batch and corresponding COA, with current analytical data accessible through our COA page.
